North Simcoe Muskoka Consulting (NSMC) was founded on more than two decades of data leadership—built through hands-on experience across public institutions, private organizations, and complex system environments. Over time, one truth became clear: leaders across Ontario’s public and private sectors often operate without timely access to the data and insights they need to make confident decisions. In 2019 NSMC was founded to fill this gap.

NSMC brings deep expertise in data strategy, analytics, and applied AI—grounded in real-world experience leading analytics and performance teams across government, healthcare, and private organizations. Our work is strengthened by a Master’s of Management in Artificial Intelligence and a long history of turning complex challenges into practical, evidence-based solutions.

 Ontario’s leaders are increasingly confronted with new pressures and expectations that demand evidence-based decision making.  When leaders are not fully supported, critical financial opportunities are missed, insights remain incomplete, and decisions are made without the full picture—or not made quickly enough. These gaps limit organizational performance, create avoidable financial losses, and ultimately reduce our ability to deliver value to the communities and clients we serve.
